2. Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time and the time of our practitioners. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide 24 hours notice or missing an appointment may result in a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

3. Health and Safety

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information prior to receiving treatments. It is your responsibility to update your practitioner regarding any changes to your health status. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

4. Memberships and Gift Certificates

• Memberships are non-transferable and subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase.
• Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• FlexPlusCare is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

5. Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. While we may offer direct billing to certain insurance providers as a courtesy, you remain responsible for any portion of the fee not covered by your insurance plan.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
